AN ONLINE MEETING WITH SCHOLARS AND ACADEMICS FROM THE ISLAMIC WORLD!


Met with great enthusiasm from the first year it was launched, the International Turkey Arabic Book and Culture Days is being organized as an online event in its fifth year. The event is to be held November 6 – 12 and is going to feature all of its activities such as seminars, conferences, panels, book giveaways, exhibitions and knowledge competitions in an online environment. As it has been in the previous years, scholars and academics from the entire Islamic world are going to participate in the event this year as well, which is going to be focusing on the main theme of “Mawarannahr: The Wellspring of Knowledge” and is going to be available for access from all around the world.
Closely followed by the Islamic world with great excitement, The 5th International Turkey Arabic Book and Culture Days is being set up in an online medium for all of its enthusiasts. The event is set to be held November 6 – 12 under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey via arapcakitapgunleri.com with the main theme “Mawarannahr: The Wellspring of Knowledge”. Many distinguished scholars, academics, authors and publishers of the Islamic world are going to share the common heritage of culture and knowledge and get together with readers from around the world through the simultaneous live broadcasts over the Zoom app and YouTube channel.
The strengthening of the brotherhood of religion and language and the sharing of the scholarly heritage are going to be in the foreground during the 5th International Turkey Arabic Book and Culture Days. The event is being organized by the Writers Union of Turkey Istanbul Branch under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey.
The International Turkey Arabic Book and Culture Days aims to ensure that Turkey gains a much better recognition by bringing the existing accumulation of scholarly knowledge and cultural heritage in the Islamic world through an organization based in our country. The event shines a spotlight on the importance of the Arabic language, our civilization, our heritage of knowledge and common culture.
HUNDREDS OF SCHOLARS, ACADEMICS AND PUBLISHERS TO MEET THROUGH THE EVENT
Bringing scholars together in Istanbul from numerous different countries such as Turkey, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Qatar, Kuwait, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, India and Pakistan, the event reuniting scholars with the entire world in a virtual environment.
